Mr. Loredo was unemployed and began and completed the Tier 1 green core construction training. After receiving the training, Mr. Loredo stated that he really wanted to go to work immediately. Therefore, SER was able to place in the PMG Train-to-Hire Program. After receiving the additional two week solar screen training, Mr. Loredo was offered a full-time position with PMG. We are happy to say that he has been working full-time for almost three months.
