Alonso Q., married with children, was a laid-off pipefitter when he came to SER for training.  He was the first to pass the RESNET exam after taking Weatherization and HERS Rater training.  He went to work for Project Management Group PMG as a Weatherization Worker.  Before long, he was doing home energy audits.  He has become one of the top Energy Auditors working with Sheltering Arms on their Weatherization Assistance Program.
