Mission Statement:
To enhance the quality of life by providing access to education, training, and employment services that fulfill the needs of diverse individuals, businesses, and the community.
SER-Jobs for Progress will accomplish this by:
· Maintaining open lines of communication between Career Offices and hiring employers
· Preparing future workers for the workplace through employment related counseling services
· Providing linkages to education and training opportunities
Assisting resident customers attain and retain employment by providing additional support and life skills services.
SER’s ability to perform in this arena is enhanced by the ability of the organization to develop strong alliances with various businesses, governmental and educational entities resulting in highly effective symbiotic relationships.
