SER's basic process includes several core pieces and is typically fine-tuned, tailored or otherwise customized for each client in order to build on his or her strengths and adress his or her unique needs. These core components include:

Each client utilizes some or all of these key pieces en route to meeeting his or her goals. Additional education, training, employment, and employment resources are incorporated throughout this process on an individual basis.
 
When clients fully utilize this process, they change more than just their circumstances-they change their thought processes, habits, and ultimately, their futures.
