SER assists youth aged 16 and older to enter the world of work. Services include the following: ·Paid eight-week summer employment opportunity at a community based organization. This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn new job skills and how to navigate the world of work.
·Workshops to teach youth the fundamentals of getting a job such as Resume Writing, Interviewing Skills, Networking, Dressing for Success and others.
·Job Coaches dedicated to assisting each youth achieve their full potential through employment counseling, mentoring and job placement assistance.
