SER is currently seeking individuals interested in volunteering for the organization. There are many opportunities available and the hours available are Monday – Saturday. Positions available include: - Office Assistants
- Community Outreach Volunteers
- Class Instructors
- Job Coaches
- Guest speakers
- Mock Interviewers

SER's Employment and Training programs provide the tools and resources individuals need to enter the workforce. SER seeks donations for the following: - Professional attire, shoes, and accessories for men and women; or gift cards for clients to purchase items needed.
- Houston METRO bus passes and pre-paid gas cards to get to and from the job interview.
- Personal hygiene items.
- Grocery store gift cards.
- General office supplies for training participants.
